Lee Kim, JD, CISSP, CIPP/US, is an attorney, consultant, and expert witness in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, privacy, and governance. As principal of Keytera, she advises technology companies on cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and data protection, working with policymakers, industry leaders, and technology stakeholders in the United States and internationally.
Lee serves as faculty with IANS Research and the Practising Law Institute (PLI) and as a content contributor to the SANS Institute. She is an AV Preeminent® peer-review rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and a registered U.S. patent attorney.
Lee provides expert commentary for major media outlets including the Associated Press, USA Today, WIRED, Politico, and the Chicago Tribune, as well as National Public Radio (NPR) and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) News. She is an invited public speaker in the United States and internationally.
Lee served as a team leader and analyst with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Public-Private Analytic Exchange Program. She also participated in the ISC2 Government Advisory Council Executive Writers Bureau.
